EACH PRINT IS MADE TO ORDER 

Because every canvas print is custom-produced upon order, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer's remorse once an order has entered production.

 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS (100% REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE)

 If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any structural defect from transit, we will immediately send a brand-new replacement at zero cost to you.

 HOW TO CLAIM A REPLACEMENT: 

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at firaselabed91@gmail.com. 

2. Include your Order Number (e.g., #FE-1001). 

3. Attach clear photographs showing the damage or defect (including photos of the outer shipping box if crushed). Once verified, your replacement print will enter priority production immediately.
